Several institutions in Switzerland offer courses in reference to moduls of the MSP.

In collaboration with HES-SO/hepia in Geneva, ZHAW, Institute of Natural Resource Sciences in Wädenswil, offers the following courses: CAS in Macroinvertebrates – Evaluation of waters & knowledge of species, CAS in Phytobenthos – aquatic plants & algae and CAS in Freshwater fish of Europe – ecology & management (information only available in German). 

Eawag offers PEAK courses on specific species.
